I am passionate about technology, acquiring new knowledge, and implementing formal solutions through design patterns. I founded a company in 2018, which gave me the ability to see software development from a commercial and business perspective.
The most important projects I have undertaken are:
- Bayesian machine learning models for natural language sentiment analysis.
- Implementation of Go Lang microservices within AWS Lambdas and NoSQL database.
- Development and implementation of ERPs for Korean companies in Monterrey with millions of database records and incredible performance.
- Creation of mobile applications using bridge technologies like React Native (non-hybrid).
experience
- Led three teams responsible for transforming our own ecommerce brand into a marketplace with over 50,000 products.
- The most significant technical achievement was the successful implementation of microservices, resulting in a drastic reduction in pricing campaign time from 8 hours to just 13 minutes.
- Overcoming the main commercial challenge involved implementing balancers and service workers for a controlled migration based on KPIs and OKRs, such as the conversion rate of users.
- On a personal and administrative level, managing three highly successful development teams under methodologies like SCRUM and Canvas has been my greatest challenge. I take pride in challenging their skills and spearheading the adoption of new technologies.
- We delivered projects primarily for Korean companies in Monterrey. Our expertise includes developmento of ERPs utilized by suppliers of major companies like KIA, Whirlpool, and LG. Additionally, we collaborated with ITESM to develop systems currently being used for student communications. Our technology stack consisted of PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony, React Native for mobile applications, and GoLang and AWS Lambda for microservices.
- Cop13. An iOS application providing information about the United Nations Conference on Biodiversity. It includes details about speakers, conference program, dates, and topics.
- Sagarpa. A private mobile application for the 'Mexicanos alimentando a mexicanos' program, used by nutritionists during their presence in shopping centers.
- Ferriz. A headless mobile application for journalist Pedro Ferriz, displaying news feeds.
- Development of a localized information protocol for the Secretaría de Educación del D.F. (SEDU), programmed with algorithms to detect and categorize school violence, abuse, harassment, and discrimination. This provided necessary data mining for identifying high-risk areas by district, grade, gender, shift, etc.
- Development of a system for the request, validation, and changes to the RVOE (Official Recognition of Validity of Studies) for the Secretaría de Educación del D.F. (SEDU). This system enables educational institutions to complete the entire process of obtaining their official registration online, leading to improved response times from the education department.
- Development of a system for FIPAGO, a trust managed by NAFIN (National Financiers). This system facilitates the complete digital management of agreements made with federal entities for the payment of savings to society members. It includes features such as consolidated database reviews, analytics and summaries, reconciliation module, asset management, and document verification.
- Development of modules for the Honda Privileges Club system (Honda dealers' loyalty program).
- Development of the Mary Kay redemption system, tracking guides, call center, incident reporting, and resolution. 'Inicia y gana' program.

AS DEVELOPER
I have primarily used PHP from version 5 to 8, with frameworks such as Symfony (5 and 6) and Laravel (7). Specifically with Symfony, I have used bundles like Sonata and EasyAdmin. AS TECH LEADER
I have implemented design patterns and unit tests, monitors and measurement tools such as: New Relic, Black Fire & Google Lighthouse. I have implemented automated testing using JMeter, Selenium, Katalon & Postman Flow. I have also been at the forefront of implementing new languages like Go Lang.
AS CTO
I have been responsible for the creation, measurement, and tracking of KPIs in the tech area that align with the company's KPIs and OKRs. I have been in charge of defining new projects, managing the developer team's stack, analyzing requirements, and reporting for stakeholders.
